Shipping policy

Free shipping on every order

Every Petzy order ships free. There's no minimum order.

Delivery time

Orders within the contiguous United States usually arrive in 3 to 7 business days. Deliveries to Alaska, Hawaii, US territories and international addresses may take longer. Your tracking link always shows the most up-to-date estimate.

Order processing

Orders are processed after payment is confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or US holidays are processed the next business day.

Tracking

As soon as your order ships, you'll receive an email with your tracking number so you can follow it to your door. You can also see our Track your order page.

International orders

For orders shipped outside the United States, local customs duties or import taxes may apply. These charges are set by your local authorities and are the responsibility of the recipient.

Address changes

Need to update your shipping address? Email us as soon as possible. We can change it as long as your order hasn't shipped yet.

Lost or damaged packages

If your tracking shows delivered but you can't find your package, or it arrives damaged, email us at petzy.sac@gmail.com with your order number and we'll help you sort it out.
