How much is shipping?
Shipping is free on every order, with no minimum.
How long does delivery take?
Orders within the contiguous United States usually arrive in 3 to 7 business days. Alaska, Hawaii, US territories and international addresses may take longer.
How do I track my order?
As soon as your order ships, we email you a tracking number. See our Track your order page for more.
What is your return policy?
You can request a return within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, clean and in their original packaging. Email petzy.sac@gmail.com to start.
My item arrived damaged. What now?
Email us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a few photos, and we'll send a replacement or a full refund.

Do I need a floor drain?
It works best near a floor drain, where the hose sends pee straight away. No drain nearby? Use a urine reservoir, which collects the liquid until you empty it.
Which flush option should I choose?
Standard drains to your floor drain. Faucet Hookup lets you rinse the tray from a nearby faucet. Faucet Hookup + Timer adds a timer that rinses it on your schedule.
Which size is right for my dog?
Your dog should be able to stand and turn around comfortably on the grate. When in doubt, size up.
How do I train my dog to use it?
Place a used pee pad on the grate so your dog recognizes the spot, then make it a little smaller every day until it's gone. Praise and reward every success.

How do I choose the size?
Pick S, M or L based on your dog's chest size and weight. If you're unsure, email us your dog's breed and weight and we'll help.
Can my dog swim alone with it?
No. A life jacket is a swimming aid and does not replace supervision. Always stay with your dog around water.
What size dogs is it for?
It works best for small and medium dogs who can stand comfortably on the top with their legs through the openings.
Can I leave my dog on the stand?
No. Always stay with your dog while they're on the stand.
