Every Petzy order ships free and usually arrives in 3 to 7 business days within the contiguous United States.

Where to find your tracking number

As soon as your order ships, we send a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number and a link to follow your package. If you can't find it, check your spam or promotions folder.

You can also see your order status anytime by signing in to your account with the email you used at checkout.
